Watch it. The first part of it, there is a break in between parts, is tear-free. In the second part,I thought that I was doing really well, got teary during a WIll scene towards the end, thought,"well, that wasn't too bad". Then it continued.cassysj wrote:Ladies I want to ask an honest question. I have Mary Bryant but haven't watched it yet. God bless you, Red.
(boo hoo hoo)
Carol, that's such a judgment call. I don't like tearjerkers. I hate movies like "Ordinary People." So I had to really psych myself up to watch Mary Bryant, and I am so incredibly glad I did. Yeah, I cried, but it's just such an amazing story of love, fortitude, and enduring spirit--a story about incredibly imperfect people who make awful mistakes and suffer horrific situations and keep on trying...it will make you feel hopeful despite your tears. And Alex is simply heartstoppingly good in the role of Will.cassysj wrote:Ladies I want to ask an honest question. I have Mary Bryant but haven't watched it yet.
