Deadline is predicting it will hold the number 2 spot this weekend, with a cumulative box office of $40m. Not too shabby.

Gideon is currently shooting a guest appearance for Season 3 Episode 6 of Castle. According to IMDb, it's scheduled to air October 25. All we know right now is that he'll be playing a character named Lloyd Saunders.

He is a really interesting guy. He's SUCH a good villain, but I bet he'd be great at comedy.

According to IMDb (which isn't always accurate), his Castle appearance is scheduled for a week from tomorrow. Cant' wait!

I think I read on his facebook awhile back that he did an improv comedy show back when he was still in South Africa.

And yes, Lilly, he looks charming in that photo! I think his hair is looking very soft which cuts down on all those sharp angles in his face. And it doesn't hurt to have a cute sidekick!

Gideon's episode of Castle-- "Almost Famous" -- is going to be on next Monday, November 1. Originally, IMDb listed it as airing tonight, but that has been corrected.

Aww, tonight's Castle ep is a Halloween theme. He'd have been great in a Halloween episode. But that's OK... this means there will be two excellent Castle episodes in a row! And oooooh about Gideon playing another Hesse brother. He'd be perfect for that. (Is there a terrified-but-happy smiley? We'd need one for that occasion...)

My one gripe with Castle at the moment is that I have to catch it online, since there's another show on in that timeslot I sorta enjoy.

I'm lucky that I can DVR two shows at the same time. I'll probably keep Gid's episode. He's definitely worth multiple views!
