
"Sight" really speaks to me-- he can never see what he truly is, can he? But Beth does. She sees, and she knows who he really is. And eventually, maybe, she'll help him see those things, too.
"Hearing" is wonderful in a different way--Mick going back into memory, his thoughts swirling in response to the music. And somehow, through the music and the memories, he finds a way to begin to talk to Beth about the things that really matter.
