Alex's real name is neither O'Lachlan or O'Loughlin, and to just confuse the issue further I understand Saxon doesn't have his father's surname either. So, one can assume that every person in the house has a different surname seeing as Malia isn't married any longer (presumably) to Spike's dad. What moniker the baby will have is anyone's guess. Welcome to the modern family.

I'm so happy for Alex and Malia with new baby boy O'loughlin!

Then I guess I'm a product of it, too, babe. But...I get it - Mr. PNW got a package deal when he married me, so I get putting a family puzzle together out of already available pieces.

Congratulations to the happy new mom and dad! I bet he's busting at the seams proud! I think it would be cool if he had a Hawaiian first and middle name!

OK what rock have I been living under? What is Alex's "real" name? I must missed or misplaced this memo.

That would make it something like
Shelburne Kaimana O'Loughlin.
