As I said on the other thread, is that a Henley?

Mick, Mick, Mick... just 'coz you miss Josef doesn't give you the right to force Henleys on Jason. :snicker:

So, when is this thing supposed to arrive in theaters? Any info on that released yet?

I missed this one, so I'd have to catch up first to truly appreciate it, I take it?

It would be good to catch up--but so worthwhile! And not just for Jason. The series was well-written, and just generally excellent, with a noir vibe that transcends the sunshine and pastels.

I picked it up for Jason, and ended up absorbed in the whole series.

Seriously good stuff.

Got mine today -- and I'm amazed at how soft it is! :hearts: Not your standard cheap-o t-shirt.

Also, Kickstarter supporters were treated with a very slightly spoiler-y clip video today. Ausiello has posted it on TVLine, so it's fair game for everyone now:

Enjoy! :teeth:

I only gave a minimal amount towards the movie mainly because of Jason. I have to admit I never watched Veronica Mars. I doubt I am part of the demographic this movie seeks. While sometimes I may feel inside like a much younger person, the reality is I'm not. So not to make this post a "downer" or anything, just wondering if anyone else who contributed feels - do I really want to see that movie?

Yes it would be a kick to see my name somewhere in the credits - although based on the number of contributors - I very much doubt I will be able to see it, but I am just not sure if I want to sit through it in an actual movie theater? Home - well that's another story.

Yes. The answer is yes.

I regularly watch the repeats of VM on Soapnet--and it isn't just for Jason. It's a serious, smart, incredibly well-written series that is so much more than the simple description would indicate.

Now, full disclaimer, Jason is what brought me to it. Duh. But he's only part of what I like about the series. And besides, the movie is not about high school students, it's about the adults they have become. Yes, they're still considerably younger than most of us, but this film isn't really aimed at teenagers, from what I can see.

*raises hand* I'll be going out to see the movie.

I too went and watched the whole series after becoming a Jason Dorhring fan. And I too became hooked by the writing and acting. It's witty and engaging. It really surprised me that the relationship that I enjoyed most was actually father and daughter. I think that Kristen Bell and Enrico Colantoni have phenomenal chemistry and worked fantastically together. The most painful scenes were when they had an argument.

I haven't watched them in years so I'm currently re-watching so I'll be fresh for the movie. :teeth:

My Tshirt arrived today. :yahoo:

Did anyone else notice that they are running really small? It's pretty tight.

Regarding whether, as a backer, I'm going to see the movie... OF COURSE!!!!! That's why I donated! I need to know if Veronica ends up with Logan as soon as possible.

My reason for coming to Veronica Mars is pretty much the same as Lucky's. I wanted to see more of Jason's work but ended up totally in love with the series because of the entire cast and the writing. Oh - the writing - so intelligent. This is what I wish H50 was.

Yep, it's tight, but even so, it's a keepsake.
