I did see that once. I had to close the browser and restart for it to correct. You might try a different browser (firefox or chrome).

Neither had I before this game. And then all of a sudden I had 2 and they were right beside each other! So it ended up being very easy in the end to get Mick & Beth. But then the game was over so it was kind of a bitter sweet moment.

I was on the bus watching someone play the number version of this game. It so frustrates me that they got 2048 and I haven't gotten to the end.

I've found the best way to get to 2048 is to limit your movements to 3 directions. I always go up & across and try to avoid going down. This way the higher tiles all end up at the top of the game & it just seems to help keep things in order.

I do the same thing with down and across. And I try to go left as much as possible. It does help, once you figure out how to do it. But eventually I lose! Still haven't seen Mick and Beth, darn it.
