But those eyes, lashes and just seeing him.

And man, the dude had some serious OCD. He had some serious issues, didn't he?

I remember the comments Alex made about he young boy playing Stanley. How he loved children, has they had no ego and were so full of innocence. A refreshing break from working with ego/career-driven actors. The scenes between Vincent and Stanley were what made this episode so very special. How Alex was able to get his Vincent to have some redeemable characteristics, even being a psychotic serial killer.

Say, did anyone else notice that the child shared the same character name as our Alex's next role? :giggle: Fate? I'd like to think so!

But he had finally found his purpose!!! He coulda turned it around... and made more wedding films... a little business from prison... I mean he's got guts... he faced down a gang banger...

I don't usually watch CM. Do they usually allow so much time for the unsub? :hyper:

He was weird... but cute. :evillaugh:

And I noted the coat by my second post!!!!! And it was a pea coat... only perpetually cool, usually, if you're in the Navy, or you're Alex... :giggle:

I must say that they may have tried to dumb down Alex's hot looks....they failed miserably! :snicker:

Just wanted to add a shout out to Simon Mirren who wrote a powerful script for Alex to follow. :yahoo:

Shemar Moore really rocked in this episode too. The boy who played Stan was all kinds of awesome! Most child actors are pretty lame (like the messed up kid from last week's episode), but this kid was great!

You are so right Suz... the scenes with Alex and the boy were THE scenes... right up to the very end....

And I DID notice the name of the boy and the name of the "right guy"! Karma!

No way. This was more about an UNSUB then we've ever seen on Criminal Minds. And believe me, I'm a faithful watcher of the show and never miss an episode. Rarely do we ever get to know the UNSUB. We only see the end results of his acts, then get to follow the BAU as they figure out who the killer is, then catch him. This was most definitely a very special espisode. New ground for the Criminal Minds writers.

Oh, man, I'm bawling over here. He is so good, so effin good! This episode tore my heart out. When he was up on that ferris wheel with the little boy, the tears started and they haven't stopped. Why oh why isn't he on our TV screens every week? Given half a chance Alex will bring such heart and soul to TR. Please CBS put him on your fall schedule.

He looked so much younger, I thought, when the glasses were off.

Got an email from my mom immediately after the ep aired saying that he looked like a college kid and seemed thinner--classic mom comments!

Yet I coulda sat still for more Vincent scenes...

Btw... the scene with Alice went by fast, as I guess I already knew it line for line... and then Bam! Dead body. That was a far briefer role than I was expecting...

And Fleur... I  your mom....
