Ok, i admit it. I would love to see the gang reunited on TR, but NOT as co-stars. It would be nice if Jason or Sophia as guest stars, hopefully in like season 2 or 3. Let Alex have his glory to himself for a bit, he deserves it, and if they were to ever co-star again, i think i would rather see Sophia and Alex's charries as opposites, not even attracted to each other. Sometimes enemies have better chem then lovers.

The blog want the Hell YA's!. and i'm sure they are getting them.

sort of like Michael Douglas and Kathleen Turner in "War of the Roses". These two had great chemistry as friends and lovers in "Romancing the Stone" and its sequel "The Jewel of the Nile". When they re-united for the third film "War of the Roses" they played a married couple going through a bitter divorce.....I'm not sure which roles I preferred them in, but both were great.

I realize this blogger posted this to get a lot of hits and undoubtedly the blogger will. Even I commented.

But I agree even CBS wouldn't go this far or at least I hope not. I will really need to double up on my counseling visits then. However, a guest star role would be great.

I didn't realize Julia O. was out, but I guess this means we will never see the pilot since with the role recast they probably won't show it. That is too bad.

I'm not sure that's definitely the case, Moonlightsonata. They have the option to re-shoot those scenes with someone else or re-edit to omit them completely. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

CBS hasn't updated the Three Rivers page yet. They still list Julia Ormond as one of the stars and she still shares the vid clip with Alex. Click on link below

They could also air the pilot, and then in the next episode, write in a reason for her character to leave and bring in a new character.

My guess is they will just reshoot the scenes without her. The show will most likely start shooting episodes in mid-July. They will likely just reshoot the scenes with the newly cast actor, whomever that may be. Lots of choices out there. I'm just hoping they go with a female actress with some pedigree. She needs to be able to hold her own on camera with Alex. He tends to swallow up lesser actors. :snicker:

And whoever suggested Sela Ward--that would be a wonderful idea. Love her.

Spent part of this late morning, early afternoon (as I did yesterday) tuned into CBS in order to see a 3R promo. No such luck.

I know that I can look online and view it, but there is something about just catching it on tv that is so exciting!! It's like when you first hear a song on the radio, and have to wait and wait to hear it re-played again----I guess I just excite easily!

I've had no luck catching a promo either Fleur... I haven't been particularly religious with the CBS watching... but when I have turned it on... nothin'. Buuuuuut..... we got all summer...

Of course I never did see a Moonlight promo either... so maybe my tv watching is just not up to snuff... :corn:

I saw a CBS promo for all 3 of their new dramas, of which TRs was included. Just a quick pic of Alex and then another of the team rolling a man down the hallway on a gurney. It was during NCIS. Still made me squee like a little girl! :snicker:

He does :snicker: or the way Trevor put it more diplomatically "Alex jumps off the screen"

This wouldn't help Alex, Sophia, or Three Rivers. It has to be its own thing, not some pathetic Moonlight redux.
Well said Alle. These people are shameless. It's an insult. Why don't they crawl back into their bat caves and take a powder. Just another desperate blogger trying to drum up a few more hits. What? No mention of Jericho and the nuts? :blecch:

Welllll... they are doing it because there ARE people over there responding "oh yes please CBS must do this cause we're still not watching them until they do and then we'll have ML part deux..." Tho fortunately there are also plenty of folks writing in... "no thanks".

And I'm sure many fans WOULD like to see the two of them together again at some point, so I respect those dreams and those who hold them... but common sense dictates that this pairing in this way would be a disaster for both their careers...

A question for jade (or anyone else who may know the answer) since she is the intrepid fact finder:
Any idea of when 3R begins filming? I would imagine that tv shows premiering for the fall are on hiatus----until maybe July/August?

Just curious as to his schedule as far as filming both BUP and 3R.
