That's the same as the second video I described on the Men's Fitness website, in case anyone isn't able to view it and worries that they might be missing something.

Annnnnd... I finally got my copy of the magazine tonight! I had to drive to freaking Manhattan Beach (which is quite a ways out of my way!), but they had it. Interestingly, that's the same newsstand where I bought my copies of the Hollywood Reporter and Variety, waaaaay back when we bought the ads. Boy, seems like a long time ago...

I love that the article after Alex's is about how to build a surfer's body. They could have just used him as the subject for that one, as well! Again. Needs his own monthly magazine. Luckily, it was easy to locate this magazine where I live. I am most grateful for that.

Normally, I turn over books that I find unappealing. This time? I spread out at least 10 Men's Fitness magazines along the shelf. I am sure there were calls over the PA system saying that various women were down in that aisle!

Fleur, I read this on my phone on the bus ride in this morning and I could SO see you doing this. I just busted out laughing - woke up the guy sleeping next to me.
