NOT just you... I was gonna write... add a D and you have a whole different title altogether... (ok, not perfect spelling, but given the subject matter, awful close...) WHAT could they possibly be thinking with that title???? Angelina will be laughing all the way to the maternity ward... again.

Anyway, it isn't just flying to London for the BBM and all that that would entail, but having to be awake and at his best on Monday even if he manages to stick in the weekend in London!

He is resourceful but I don't know if he has the pull yet with the PTB to ask for the 3 days or so to begin with. Just saying----

Just don't hold it against him if he can't; OTOH, if he does go, let him know that you know how hard it was for him and that we love him for it.


I have always said from day one that Alex made the right move staying with CBS; he is a smart man!

I never let the naysayers change my mind, even back in October when many said he was being used--I trusted Alex more than them! Go Alex!!

Yeah, J Lo is nearly 40, but let's face it, she looks good. Jennifer Aniston is starting to look her age (too much sun probably) but J Lo is still very attractive. I wonder what Alex's 'look' will be for this show? He could go 'Mick-like' ladies. Though what's with the name Stan? Oh well, it could we worse - he could be Stan Yablonski.

As for Alex attending the BBM; I'm sure he wouldn't want to disappoint his fans, and besides, he'll have some new projects to promote as well. I wouldn't be surprised if he was given some time off to attend. Even though he's the male lead in the movie, it's pretty clear the film will be shown from the POV of the J Lo character and they may be able to schedule filming around him. All is not lost, attendees - there's still plenty of hope. Alex has had so much time off in the last year, I'm sure he'll be throwing himself into all this wonderful activity with gusto.

I must admit it gives me a sense of satisfaction to be proved right that signing with CBS was a good thing for Alex's career. There was so much negativity, and some conspiracy theories too floating around, that I must admit I had my moments of doubt. Nice to know that it's ended up being such a positive thing for Alex, especially when the show with Simon Mirren didn't eventuate. I never doubted Alex's ability to pull off great things, but I did have my doubts about CBS. It's nice to know they obviously appreciate him as well as us! Hopefully this will silence the crazies who think he has bad career advisers.

After his rom com I want to see Alex in an action adventure movie a la Indiana Jones. Oh be still my beating heart...

Love you and thanks so much SusieQ for posting this here. I.do.not.like Jennifer Lopez, period. My own personal preference and that's it. I have yet to see anything she's done that would make me like her. Alex will make her look sublime onscreen, believe it! For him and him ONLY will I see this film, truly. End of story.

I have received numerous Google Alerts about this new movie deal and all but this one were positive.
I have no idea what the blogger's motivation is but she is definitely in the tiny minority.

Ouch, indeed! "What's-his-name"!? I guess the movie simply has to happen to covert the non-smitten crowd to feel what we feel. It's just a matter of time. Alex will sweep them of their feet. I'm very much convinced!

Okay, I'll bite the bullet here and say that I hope his fans won't be too upset if he does have to pull out of BBM. I know that I had planned to go, but since then have learned that I will be in Sydney, Australia for work while the BBM Con is going on, but I know that I would be disappointed if I was planning on attending and Alex had to back out. But, having said that, while disappointed I would totally understand why he couldn't make it. I know that some fans have been very upset with other actors that fail to show at Cons they had been booked to attend. I sincerely hope all of Alex's fans will be understanding and still show him the support he so richly deserves.

ACK!! You aren't going to BBM, Sus!!?!?!?! NOOOOOO!!!! Work always gets in the way of life, doesn't it? LOL Well, hey, Sydney, I would love to make it there someday...sigh....we're going to miss you something awful.

I will support that man no matter what. No worries on that front. If he does have to cancel, I understand why. I'm not going to lie....I'll be disappointed, but we'll all have fun regardless, plus seeing Jason again will be great...ANNNNND...it's friggin' London!! Plus, I'm thinking of going to Paris for a day while over there.
