Oh, I adored Father Guido!! :yahoo: :snicker:

Ooh, Mr. Tea would look great on Mick's kitchen counter, right next to the coffee press. (Or the fancy Cuisinart coffee maker that he bought during his human week.) And hey, Beth can use Mick's lemons in the tea! :rolling: :rolling:

Lucky... :coffee:
Does "Bethcafe" take Nescafe? :giggle:

And Alle, me too. As an Italian Catholic, how could I not? :snicker: When I first moved out here after college, I hung out with a bunch of Cornell grads who had a HUGE flat at the top of a Victorian near Alamo Square (famous row of "painted ladies" Victorians on all the postcards). He used to come to a bunch of their parties, because a few of them were in a comedy troupe that he did shows with in local clubs. He's really nice, sweet and kinda shy. But oh what a wry sense of humor. I remember waiting in line with him somewhere (can't recall for what) and he was totally cracking me up - hardly minded waiting. As they say, it's the quiet ones...

Boy, did I ever need to visit this thread today. Thanks for the laughs, ladies. :rose:

The town where I grew up has a small claim to fame...Father Guido (Don Novello) is from there! My mom went to high school with him, he was a year behind her.

So, yeah, I have a soft spot for Father Guido Sarducci. :hearts:

Eta.....Damn lucky, Mick's channeling his inner Christian Grey!!!
