You're both wrong. It's a Coke machine. (In Texas, that applies regardless of the brand. Some Coke machines here only sell Pepsi...).

Actually, back in college I did call everything Coke, regardless. On pizza night someone heading to the vending machine would ask, "Does anyone want a Coke?" And I'd reply, "Yeah, get me an orange." (As in Orange Crush.)
