Found this link on TWOP (Television without Pity). It's....interesting. So, out of 1411 stars, Alex is 994. I think this is a rating of how much draw he has as an actor or something.

His particulars aren't particularly accurate.
Alex's star is on the rise. This time next year...I predict a People magazine cover.

I am with Raven in this one! We have scratched the surface of what Alex is destined to become.
Plus they got his birthday wrong

Here's hoping this is just the start of the good news for Alex. Wasn't it the producer of Criminal Minds, that Alex was working with on a new series? Even if that series didn't work, he still was impressed enough with Alex to get him in an episode of Criminal Minds. Like Criminal Minds or not, that is a series that always puts the fear of God in me, I would bet Alex's character in this episode will blow people socks off, and jump him up on the this Forbes list.

I guess being on that list AT ALL is a very good sign. If you think how many actors there are, being amongst the most bankable 1000 is an achievement. And Jensen Ackels (from Supernatural) is #1402. So...

I didn't even look at it long enough to see the birthday was wrong. Yeah, way to go, Forbes.
Anyway, I don't put any stock into these lists, but I thought it was interesting, nonetheless. I mean, just because Tom Cruise is high on the list means nothing to me, because I cannot stand him and have never seen any of his movies. Same with lots of others on the list.
Jensen being so low is disappointing, but not surprising either, because he's not been in a "blockbuster" movie and even though I love Supernatural to death...it's not a "hit", according to Hollywood. Jensen and Jared both are amazing actors and Alex is in another league, IMO. I think what those three need is that WOW show or movie to make everyone else go "Who...is that?!"
Jason isn't even on the list, which is surprising and disappointing, but he just needs that WOW show/movie as well.

I was about to ask the same question, nayp!
I would like to think that Alex's new show will be produced by Gordon's company

Yes, initial reports were that Gordon was to produce any new Alex project.
But this is Hollyweird, things change at the drop of a hat.

And ITA... I can't watch that show as it gives me nightmares... but this time around I'll be pulling for the killer...

Simon Mirren writes a lot of the episodes for Criminal Minds, no? Maybe he's writing a special script just for Alex...to spotlight him. Alex will get more airtime than the behavioral team! In fact...Alex is does such a tremendous job, they will have a
to be continued... and he gets his paycheck doubled to do the second show. Oh, yeah...and Alex will star in Clint Eastwood's new movie because Eastwood, who is a huge CM fan will be amazed at Alex's performance and People magazine...here we come. The headline is ALEXANDER THE GREAT CONQUERS HOLLYWOOD!
note: There is no truth to this whatsoever.
