VOID Executive Producers: Fans of Moonlight

ML writer, Ethan Erwin shared with our Kays that the film “VOID” has been completed. Here’s a look at the promo poster…”Fans of Moonlight” are listed as Executive Producers!

No Grace it wasn't but she sure tried to horn in on it. All monies collected went directly to AFI through the Void account. That's not to say she didn't originally try to start a collection. kays

As far as I know, it along with 11 other films will be shown at 'the festivals' such as Sundance. It was made to showcase female writers and directors. In 2008, out of the 500 top grossing films only 6% were made by women. AFI, the American Film Institute, selects 12 women annually to showcase their work. If the film is well received there is a chance it will be shown with a top film in the theaters, as the front runner. kays

Now THAT would be cool!!!!!! Sorta makes me wish I did send in money...

Isn't that cool?! I sent a little for Void, so that makes me feel important, in a very small way. LOL
So, everyone who sees this movie...will see Fans of Moonlight as Executive Producers in the credits. Hee!

Very exciting news! It was very generous and amazing of all of you to donate and support that movie. I'm looking forward to seeing it on the big screen sometime.
Will you keep us posted on news about potential screenings of the movie? If it happens to show up at a film festival in San Francisco, I'm definitely there!
