I do not own the Characters nor any rights to the Advertising campaign mentioned in this story.
PG13

What becomes a legend most?
Beth’s POV
I was cleaning out a box of magazines I had kept when my Mother died, The box of old paper smelled like her, our little apartment. I couldn’t help flipping thru the pages and looking at the prices and the ad campaigns, the ideals the 80’s woman was held to. There it was, that question hanging over the wild eyed image of Natalie Wood as she touched her bare shoulder through the mink coat in the black and white full page advertisement.
“What Becomes a Legend Most?”
Then I thought about the word and verified with Dictionery.com what I understood the meaning to be.
Leg-end
noun
1. a non-historical or unverifiable story handed down by tradition from earlier times and popularly accepted as historical.
So that confirmed it for me, Mick St John, you are a legend.
