Well, he knows a good specimen when he sees one!!
Jeff Blair has a MS in sports training and actually has a law degree! I couldn't find out where he does his training though....bad me, I know, for even trying! He's definitely someone who knows his stuff.
I hope Alex isn't going for the huge muscle look. I don't think that's necessary or even desireable but perhaps it is for Alex in his mind.

Too bad you can't tweet pictures.
Interesting that he's decided to use a trainer all of a sudden. I wonder if it was one of the perks that came with the movie deal.
