First off, I wasn't really sure where to post this, so I apologize in advance if it should be somewhere else.

Now to the story...today in NYC, two of my very close friends and team members at our Alex site, Alyssa and Pam, had the privilege of meeting our wonderful Alex. It was a dream come true for both of them, and they have posted their story at both our site, Alex O'Loughlin's Place, and at TRF. However, they have requested that neither their stories nor their pictures be lifted to other sites, so I asked if I could post a notice here, so you can all get a chance to read them.

I don't know which is was, but the lady who got to put her hand around Alex's waist AND on his abs....Aiyiyiiiiiiiii! Boy, am I jealous!

Way to go, Aly and Pam, who are the two the biggest Alex fans I know. They both have even met him once before at Comic Con. Hey, but they took the risk, held up the sign. I'm so glad it worked out for them. Their story and the pics are making my heart sing! I'm so thrilled for them.

I'm so happy for them, and they got so lovely photos and a 10 minute talk with him. I'm thrilled that he is (still) such a nice human being and that everyone working with him knows it. We picked well with our obsession, didn't we?

Yes, francis, yes we did. He is lovely, inside and out.

I agree, that had to be the best day. Squeeing all the way. It's so nice that Alle's two girls got to spend some time with him and got pictures as well.

Alex is just... What a fantastic man..

Terrific stories and pics from the ladies!! I'm glad people are getting to meet Alex and he definitely takes his time with the fans.

That is so awesome that they got to meet with Alex!! I'm jealous...

Great story, and he is so good with the kids....that's just as endearing as it can be. (Not that he, uh, needs to endear himself to this crowd, much.)

And reading things like this, I have to comment that it's really no wonder Alex and Jason got on so well. They're birds of a feather.

Alyssa sweetie, I'm so pleased for you. I know that would just have been out of this world for you.

Stories like this just make my heart go "ahhh." I'm thrilled for Alyssa and Pam, who got to meet him, and so happy to read another story of Alex willingly going the extra mile to make someone's day. You can tell he really likes kids, too. I have a very soft spot in my heart for a person who goes out of his way to make kids feel comfortable.

And yeah, Lucky--as if we needed more excuses to love him...or Jason...
