Moment in Time (PG-13)

This is just a short bit of fluff. I was in a romantic mood when I wrote it.

Moment in Time

I watch as lids lower, hiding eyes glazed by profound pleasure. Gilded brows furrow in concentration. Her skin is luminous, radiating artless beauty. Dewy, winsome lips part. Her exhale, my inhale. Such sweet, whispery breath. I can taste her trust like nectar on my tongue. Her body hums and answers my primal inquisition. I am consumed. She absorbs me, already owning all that is good. Opened eyes embrace me. A soundless declaration, yet deafening in its magnitude. They speak of love, of need. Need of me. Only me. Her eyes of sky - my portal to heaven. It is all I need. All I will ever need. This moment in time that will echo in eternity.

This is just gorgeous. Weighty with meaning, yet gloriously light and uplifting. I had missed it before and am just delighted to have found it today.

The layers of meaning here speak volumes...
