The upgrade to phpBB ver. 3.0.6 played havoc with our smilies

but now we have eight skins that allow full access to our smiley collection. They are:

AcidTech Red (Dark background / lighter text.)

AeroBlack

AeroRed (Very pretty.)

aktif

Avalon Green (Soft green.)

Chrimbo (a rather violently-festive seasonal skin).

prosilver

subsilver2

I'll update this post if any more skins become available.

I like the Christmas skin, Phee!! Very festive indeed!! I hope it's okay that I put up my holiday banner..sparkles are allowed now, right? :xtree:

JIMS, I have a 20" wide monitor, so with the Chrimbo skin I see MLA squashed into the middle, and the rest is a sea of red.

It's just a bit much for me, as I prefer pastels (for skins).

Yes, sparkly or snowy banners are allowed from Dec 1 to Dec 31.

That's great! I'm glad there is a dark background one. I'm among the minority who loves dark backgrounds.

Diane, I still go skin shopping regularly (although that sounds rather icky

) and I keep looking for nice skins with dark backgrounds. The problem is finding skins that are compatible with the board software.

If / when we get a better selection, I'll let everyone know.
