This part:
But, I did get fit for the film. Our producer offered me a trainer and I was like, “No, I’m okay,” but he was like, “Take the trainer,” so I took the trainer and he’s still with me. It’s a lot of what Jennifer was just saying she went through, after the birth of her children. I felt like I had just given birth. He was like, “You can’t eat anything but this. You’ve got to do what I say.” So, along with doing the film, I did this disciplined work-out regimen because every cheese farmer is ripped and buff, and I wanted to be true to character because I’m method. But, it took a lot of hard work to get there. You can rest assured in the fact that it’s all gone now.

????? What is up with that producer?
When has Alex not worked out and when has he not looked ripped and buff?
Tho good on him for the cheese farmer snark about it...

Thanks,
red....
That was different
I cracked up about the 'cultural differences'. Maybe I live in a tree, but I don't know of a single man in my acquaintance that waxes his chest. I think they'd agree with the Aussie POV
I think there are cultural differences. It’s a really American thing to wax your chest. As a man, it’s like, “Get rid of that unsightly hair.” In Australia, it’s like, “Mate, what are you doing? Why would you do that? Doesn’t that hurt?”
But the filming of the love scenes had me giggling....Both Alex and JLo used the word 'weird' a
lot.
There’s so many reasons why it is weird. You just plow through it, try to make it as honest as possible, and then apologize profusely and get on with the rest.
Apologize?? For What??

Yeah... I think it's mainly in LA (and really his profession within LA) that guys must worry about their chests... Alex likely doesn't get around to mainstream America too much. I mean, we do have regular people in this country too...
And I think it WOULD be weird to "make out" with someone else... on camera. But no idea what they were apologizing for...

Well I went to see The Bounty Hunter today with Jennifer Anniston and I saw a long trailer for The Back Up Plan. The bad news my sister and I were the only ones in the theater. The last time I was alone in a theater was when I took a four year old to see a Bob The Builder cartoon.

I had a similar experience on the first day that 'Whiteout" was released, except that maybe there were a dozen or so of us there.

Grace, my sister does think it looks cute but she is going to Las Vegas opening weekend. I may have to see it twice if she wants to see it.
DSR - When I went to see Whiteout there were about ten or twelve of us in the theater too. My worst attended movie experiences were A Sound of Thunder about five people in a theater (the whole movie only made one million opening weekend) The Bob The Builder with me and my four year old niece. Today Bounty Hunter Me and my sister. After it began two more people showed up but they missed the promos.

Ouch for Jen and Gerry. But since BUP is getting so much air on TV, I'm hoping that the small crowds for Bounty Hunter won't hurt it too much.

A nice blog about Alex's role in the movie - I think the writer
might be a fan...
