I am impressed, that within my Alex muddled mind (cars, tuxes, bathing suits) I actually got your joke!

He probably cheated and just saw the PROMO for BUP (where he could see the look in her eyes with the actor) while watching porn in his motel room... :roll:

After a long and distinguished career, The Back-Up Plan was his final role.

Awwww... :hankie: Another good one gone. :Mickangel: At least he went out on a high note--his character in BUP was really darling. :hearts:

Rest in peace, Tom! :ghug:

I just showed BUP to my parents on Saturday. They enjoyed it...

So sad to see Mr. Bosley go.

Just saw an advert for The Back-Up Plan on Sky Box Office (pay-per-view). :biggrin: It's a small thing, but it's the first advert I've seen live on TV for anything since Moonlight.

And they pronounced Alex's name right. :twothumbs:

:yahoo: Do the Brits usually get it right?

And how cool it's gonna be on pay tv there. :cloud9:

Sigh.

He hasn't been referenced enough on TV here for me to know. :Mickangel:

Yet. :biggrin:

Just a bit of a gloat...a couple of weeks ago, there were an awful lot of TV ads for a movie called 'Faster', with one almost every ten minutes on CBS. Duh :slaphead: ...the movie is from CBS films. So, I decided to see how mindless violence and screeching cars stacked up against a rom com and a tear jerker. Mind you, 'Faster' is still in theaters, but is fading faster than a Hawaiian snowball.

So far, CBS films has released three films, and of the three, BUP has the highest box office take

BUP = $37,490,007 (Domestic) + $39,979,575 (Foreign) = $77,469,582 Total

Faster = $22,066,548 (Domestic) + $886,307 (Foreign) = $22,952,855 Total

Extraordinary Measures = $12,068,313 (Domestic) + $3,065,855= $15,134,168 Total

Offhand, I'd say BUP did pretty well for itself. :curtesy:

I agree. CBS Films needs to pick a nitch. I think their Beauty & The Beast remake has been delayed.
