This very unusual, emotional song brought to mind the barriers that Mick sees between himself and Beth.

Wow, Shadow, this vid packs a power punch. The isolation, the loneliness...the intense desire to be a part of humanity, only to realize that is long lost...wow.

Haunting and sad. The kisses are there, Beth is reaching out, but Mick remains solitary, withdrawing, withdrawn. The ending made me jump. Wonderful, moody vid.

Shadow, you are such an artist. I loved this video...the black and white and sparing splashes of color, the use of negative images, the wonderful song-- It gives me chills and makes me want to cry, all at the same time. This video goes perfectly with your "In Between" stories... the push-pull dynamic between Mick and Beth, the gulf that separates them, the yearning for each other that tries to span that gulf. I'm awestruck--again. Please, never stop making videos...

Each and every one of your vids is always a joy. You have an amazing connection to Mick and you always, always hihglight him perfectly.

The pull between them is so very strongly present, but the differences are there, too.

A wonderful example of synergy, where elements combine to produce something with impact greater than the sum of what made it up.

Oh, thanks so much, Susie. That is great you'll want to watch it over again! I imagined this in the black and white with just hints of color from the first time I heard the song, I'm really glad that worked.
