Ladies and gentlemen, the board gremlins are at it again so we temporarily have a new mod, (gp mod - short for Guinea Pig Moderator), for me to test solutions on.

After all, I couldn't torture our beloved mods. (Please pay no attention to what they say to the contrary. )

So if you see gp mod around the place, please ignore her - she'll be gone soon, hopefully once the tech-issues are resolved.

Seems that GP Mod is really fast. Keep it somewhere in case you need to torture someone. It might be appreciated by the other mods.

When I was in college, we used to get rides home from a friend's family friend (he was a few years out of college) and I had the BIGGEST crush on him because he could do the whole Dead Parrot skit from memory, word-for-word and with a near-perfect British accent. It was our ritual to repeat it on every drive home (it was a long drive, so we had to do something to pass the time). I can still do it to this day.

I saw the announcement about our newest member, GP Mod in the regular green highlighted text that designates one of the moderators.

Poor GP mod.

(We have something similar on the VampSisters Board when I need to test stuff - I delete the account when I'm done, but someone suggested once we should keep it around for some fun, make a little 'Crash Test Dummy' avatar for it, I believe some of our members have even given 'Test Account' a name - Teddy )

Hey folks. It turned out that gp mod was around longer than expected since the Internet Gods saw fit to keep me offline for a while.

gp mod did serve a valuable purpose, just the same. Bless her little imaginary heart.
