Thanks Rbill! I took a look and couldn't find this poll posted here either (how did we miss this??), so I created a new thread for this in the General Discussion section, which has similar stories. Thanks to good old Jim Halterman, whoever he may be. And yeah, how cool that Jensen's sitting at the cafe? I wonder if that's Alex's booth?

ETA: Yeah, Pgal, I share your little sigh... but it's mixed with excitement for Alex. He so deserves it.

I totally relate. But I think we're long past keeping him a secret. Somewhere between the December 1st TR blog and the time he signed the H50 contract was when he was no longer "our Alex".

The members at H5-0 Fans burned up their computers voting for Alex. It was fun and Jim had a great time dealing with us.

Here's how I think of it... Alex is like love. It's nice, if you just keep it. It's lovely. BUT, if you share it, spread it around, it gets bigger and better, and there's more to come back to you, too.

If he gets bigger, and more known, we'll get more OF him. Others will know of him and will share in what we get, but there'll just be more. Pics, projects, interviews... more more more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really fail to see a downside to that.

I've been so slammed with work that I never even voted once. Glad someone was on the case!
