Some members have reported problems with getting bumped out of moonlightaholics.com.
Here are a few things you can try if it happens to you.
1) If you had trouble while logged in to http://www.moonlightaholics.com, try logging in to this URL instead: http://moonlightaholics.com
2) If you are using Internet Explorer, try switching to a different browser, e.g., AOL Browser or Firefox.
3) On the main Index page, click on the link at the bottom left side of the forum that says "Delete all board cookies". This should log you out. If it doesn't automatically log you out, log out manually. Then log back in.
If you do find yourself getting bumped out or unable to log in, please contact one of the Mods and give us as much information as you can. At the minimum, please tell us:
- What browser are you using (including version no.)?
- What OS (including version) is your computer running?
- If one of the techniques above helped you, please let us know which one. (Also, let us know if any of them did not work).
