Yesterday Myles announced she was engaged but would not say who her fiance was except that he was not someone in the industry. “I always think, matters of the heart — that's where they're supposed to stay.” But she adds significantly. “I'm in a very good place personally. I think in my twenties I wanted to be gallivanting around the globe and meeting everyone possible, but now I'm finding the desire to put roots down more permanently.”

I wish her so much happyness. She had a hard time on Moonlight, from what I read, and needed to find herself. She is in a good place now, and I wish her well.

Regarding Moonlight, it's so sad that something we all loved caused such a toll on the people involved.

And I loved the comment about Johnny Depp:
"I think God spent a little extra time on him."

Would there be another of her co-stars she could say that about I wonder?

It is kinda cool, you google her fiances name...you get NOTHING. In talking to actor friends i have. it is actually nicer to have someone NOT industry who has their own thing. Actors with actors and industry folks sometimes can cause alot of jealousy especially if one is working on a project and the other isnt plus the distance in can entail

Aw, and Sophia's got a love too! Wow, my faith in karma is renewed... they all deserve such better times after the stress of their ML days, and it's so good to see them all working and experiencing such joys in their personal lives.

What a checklist:
1) Jason has a child
2) Alex gets a girlfriend
3) Sophia gets engaged
4) Brian gets married

Now what's up with Shannyn? We need good news for her and for Jordan to complete the set!
