Moonlightaholics

Well, it was 3 years ago today that I posted my very first fan video. All I had to work at the time with was a single episode -- The Mortal Cure -- which I had recorded from television. The result is a very uneven, grainy, poor quality montage set to Sarah Brightman's version of the Queen song, 'Who Wants to Live Forever."

I never posted it here because, well, I was never completely happy with it. It ended too abruptly, but I just ran out of music.

Lilly - were you able to find a way to get it to work in the US? Actually I wonder if it has something to do with Sarah Brightman? I think another video of hers I had recorded had a copyright issue as well.

Thanks for your interest, everyone. I'm sorry I didn't realize before I posted this that it would only play for me on YouTube. I'm looking into an alternate venue, but, honestly, it's not worth the fuss.

It's been almost five years. It's hard to believe the show was on the air that long ago. I had to give this a bump, you do amazing videos and your first should be seen.

Thank you for posting this. I really really like the song and it is wonderful to see Moonlight videos. This video was well done.

Earlier today, I received a note from Youtube that someone had posted a new comment on my response to the "Saving Josh" song and it made me think that it was probably about 5 years ago that I first found out about and joined Moonlightline because I was so taken with the show at that time. And I am still missing it almost 5 years after the last new episode aired.

Edited to add - I went back and checked on Google and the 12th episode of Moonlight originally aired January 18, 2008 - about 5 years ago. I think it was after seeing that episode that I realized I had to talk to other people about the show and then joined Moonlightline line.

Thanks for bumping this one up Moonlightsonata. I've not seen it before. Well Done Lilly. Ir's amazing you only had the one epi TMC to work with and this beautiful rendition of "Who Wants To Live Forever" by Sarah Brightman that you were able to project such strong emotion. The value of life itself as we loose Josh and Mick regains his "life" again as he once knew it...forever in human terms.
