I dreamed I was human, walking with you in on the surf pounded sand.

I fantasized I was your mantra as you went along the activities of your day.

I imagined I was the one you prayed to, the name in your phone for “ICE”.

But I never sought to be your executioner, your death dealer.

So we’ll take each sunset that we have together and when that onerous sun shows his face I’ll pad guiltily away to the room behind the gray door and I’ll pray as I pull the door behind me, that we can deal with this, that you can “live” with me.

You know....I think that is one of the greatest dividers among ML fans. You have the Mick/Bethers, the Mick/Coras, the JOCKs and then within the MICK/BETHERS it breaks down to the "he'd turn her" and the "he'd NEVER turn her"

I argue with my sister all the time about that. Her humanity is what Mick loves....it's what he's used to, he wants that HUMANITY back. Too bad we never had more ML to know CANON.
