As I expected, Mizzoh on AOLR has transcribed the article. Here's the URL

I reread the article and, strangely, I am inspired to eat better and exercise. Only Alex could do this to me.
I had to laugh at this part.
“The other day, [Saxon] and his buddy were at my house and they were buggering around, and I thought, ‘What am I going to do with these kids?’
This from the man that, as a boy, would steal bricks from construction sites and ride his bike through them. Somehow I think of his parents saying "Just wait till you have kids" when he was young. Now, they must be smiling.

I grinned at that too, Rhonda - all I could think was, "spoken like the exasperated parent of a teenager".

A tiny little piece of the video of the shoot - 2 seconds at best. At AOLR.

Looking good. Thanks for the post. I guess it is just me, but for a male 6'1" is 200 pounds really considered "big" or however he described it? I admit with the weight the camera adds, it might be considered a little over - like maybe 15 pounds or am I just way off base?

Mr. PNW is 5'10" and weighs 175, and he is by no stretch of the imagination fat. He looks pretty much the same as he did when we got married (well, a little older and a little grayer, but he hasn't gained much weight over the years).
Alex has a good three inches on him and weighs the same. I don't think 200 lbs on a 6'1" guy is big at all, but Alex was probably bulkier muscle-wise back then. He looks good now, fit in a leaner, runners-body sort of way.
And Rhonda?

I really prefer Mick's look to how thin his face is now so when I got some firm figures, I thought I'd run them through a body mass index calculator and
prove he's too thin. Except he isn't.
His BMI is 23.1 which is perfectly (of course) within the normal range. At 200, he technically was slightly overweight, probably from muscle mass, at 26.1. I used every version of the calculator I could find, specifically for males, even age rated, and it still came out that way. The only negative I could find was the National Institue of Heart and Lung Health that says normal body fat should be a wee bit higher than 7%.

He is a god.
As for my numbers,
