I just found this!
According to IMDb, ToniLeeTV is "hosted by Toni Lee, a comedian and fitness model, the show revolves around an intimate celebrity interview with a zany style that blends hip culture and good-natured self-parody."
I found a 5-minute episode from 9/14/2011 on YouTube that features a very brief chat with Jason.
The "show" itself is pretty silly and a bit odd in spots, but it's worth it to see Jason at 03:33.
