It’s Valentine’s Day, and I’m feeling sentimental. Here’s another little heart shaped card for everyone…

Admission (Mick Between the Lines Drabble)

“I… am in love with her.”

Jeez, Mick, no kidding? That was like pulling teeth. I’m starting to admire Coraline’s determination, when she managed to drag you all the way to the altar. You’re in love with Beth. You seriously think anyone who knows you hasn’t figured that one out by now? Deny it all you want, boyo, but you’ve got it bad. Cupid’s little arrow staked you right through the heart. Zing.

You know it, she knows it, we all know it. Yet, I have to give you advice.

“Yeah. Yeah, you are. Now go do something about it…”

:clapping: Excellent! I'm impressed at how polite Josef was in this scene, not to tell Mick all that to his face.

I love this. Especially "Zing." :teeth: And the only reason I can think of for Josef not to say all that stuff out loud is... maybe he was feeling bemused by a tan Mick in his office? :snicker:

Great drabble, Lucky. You are so good at these. :notworthy:

Lucky

This is absolutely wonderful.

This is one of my favorite moments in FTP and I'm sure I'm not alone there.

Nicely done!

Jenna

Josef gave wonderful advice to Mick. :hearts: Mick's love for Beth was obvious to those around him. I suspect Mick knew that he loved her, and yet was afraid to admit it.

Thanks, Lucky! :flowers:

That was like pulling teeth.
That was exactly what I thought when I first saw that scene. :hearts:

Finally! Josef has a lot of restrain, he seemed more amused and relieved than snarky. Must have been an off day.
