I noticed something! I had always assumed that the left ear piercing was because of the ear plug he wore as Marcus in The Invisible. He clearly had the piercing here which predates The Invisible.

I think piercing was an earlier personal choise,wasn't it? Isn't there an interview or something where he talks about tatoos and piercing? I thought I had it somewhere but I cannot find it...
