I really do see the difference in his face, Alle. There is a softness and a serenity in his expressions..in his eyes..a naturalness about him when he is with his fans. When he is "on", it is obvious that he forces himself to project and "perform", but with his "peeps"..he is just Alex. Wonderful, sweet, Alex. :hearts: :hearts:

Details, woman, details!!!
Even more important...HOW DID HE SMELL?? :blushing:

JIMS!!! I love you - I can't BELIEVE I didn't think to ask this!!!! :teeth:
Can't help it.. :blushing: I'm a sensory kinda gal.. You know, the touchy - feely kind (but, I'll leave the sharp implements at home, Alex, promise..) :rose:

Hey Alle! Thanks for this!! :hearts:

Oh, I forgot the most important part. I was close enough to smell him if I'd done the sexy vampire sniffing thing. but I didn't. For one thing, I was on the other side of a fence and it'd have been weird. For another, I was just... flustered. I was trying to take pictures and hold a sign and hold my script for him to sign, and just keep from fainting. I did my best, but I really didn't have it together to smell him.

Red... those are awesome interviews!!!!!

That first one... that interviewer's name is McWeeny? Really? Most unfortunate... but aside from the "rabid" word, I liked his ML question... he called Alex a "traffic magnet" which is true... and Alex's answer... that the show endures because he loved and worked so hard on Mick... and on communicating with the fans... how lovely!

And that second interview! Total hoot! Tho, Alex honey... you live in the wilds of LA... and maybe there are no crumpets THERE. But back here, in the civilized East... we got crumpets. Come East, dude, and we'll give you crumpets... ( Hey, Alle... :giggle: )

Tho no vegemite...

:dunce: Yeah, wish McWeeny would drop the "rabid" tag and get Alex's name right, for crying out loud!! If he did his research into Alex's fanbase, you'd think he would've known how to pronounce it..sheeesshhh! :slaphead:

But, Alex..man...he is just the sweetest. He always says the right thing!!

Eventually, maybe, someday, the word 'rabid' will disappear from descriptions of Moonlight fans - passionate is a far more apt description.

I thought it was cute when the interviewer called Alex a 'traffic magnet'. Alex seemed genuinely surprised / pleased by it. But you can still see the pride and passion on his face when he describes just how much of his time and effort went into developing Mick St. John and the pain at how the show was 'killed' the way it was.

I've been incredibly busy the last two days and wasn't online for a minute, so I missed soooo much.
Alle, thank you so much for your report and the fantastic photos, and congratulations on meeting Alex face to face.
I love the photos, and the videos, thank you so much for posting the links, guys! I will have a look later.
Alex still (or finally) thinking fondly of his Moonlight experience after all the heartbreak, I really couldn't love him more.
And he looks dashing.
I love the Donate Life pin, he truly is a class act for including a nod towards a worthy cause into all of the glitter and glitz.

OK...i do love that man. He is too funny, i was laughing and yes, i embarassed myself by shouting his name correctly...good thing i'm alone in my apartment. I am grinning ear to ear and rapid...hmmmm it for me isn;t that bad and i knew that at some point that was going to come up. He answered with dignity and i thank him for that.

love the "almost certainly" hit show. One can hope, we'll see in a few weeks.

And hell yes, Red. Crumpets are english! you only called him a twit. I call him something worse. I knew that and i am an ignorant American. Crumpet are nummy btw LOL and Marimite...i LOVE it!
