But I must confess I felt sad for Beth's crying and for Mick after what beth told him ...Not that much for Joss death...I always felt he was in the middle

He's not dead yet. Maybe he'll live this time....

I adore Mick so much in this scene. The level of concern for Josh and wanting him to survive this is so special. It's really sad the way it turns out. :hankie:

ETA: I agree about the music, Red. It adds a whole other dimension to this scene.

The music is amazing!

I must confess that I didn't much care for Josh until I met Jordan Belfi. Then I went back and re-watched Josh through new eyes--I saw how he crafted the role and how he did so much with painfully little. And he began to grow on me.

But mostly, I feel devastated for Mick here. Because he tries... he tries so hard... and he gets nothing but grief and recrimination for it. :Mickangel:

I never thought they were really going to kill Joss here.
I was surprised they took him out of the show

The way Mick looks upward to the sky here just breaks my heart. I've always thought this was the most human and frail Mick has ever looked. Truly heartbreaking.

I've always cut Beth some slack for this scene. Grief does horrible things to people in the way they can react to a situation or someone else close to them and I think this is what happened here. She has just watched her boyfriend die in front of her. So sad all round.
