Here we go...lots of shirtless guys in this slideshow, but Alex gets scrubs and a lab coat.

Still hot from his beloved stint on Moonlight, O'Loughlin put on a pair of scrubs to become the next George Clooney or McDreamy. While Three Rivers isn't exactly burning up the ratings, the thought of O'Loughlin saving a life is all the fire we need.

ETA: Alexander Skarsgard (Eric Northman from True Blood) is #2 on their list. And the "good" vamp brother Stefan Salvatore from Vampire Diaries is #5.

And ETA again that Stephen Moyer (Bill Compton from True Blood) didn't even make the list. But Ryan Kwantan is on there, so they aren't totally blind.

Yeah, I don't find Bill Moyer all that cute, but I love his Southern accent... and he needs Mick's stylist... his style is... off. IMO... just IMO!!!!

ANd Alex rocks that lab coat... but then, he can make anything look good.
