After watching the previews, both versions, I've got to say that what I loved the most was listening to that amazing, velvet voice. It wouldn't matter to me if he was plain as a mud fence, that voice alone would still make him one of the sexiest guys around. :melts:

Yeah... he definitely ratcheted up The Voice for this movie... thank you VERY much Mr. O'Loughlin... :cloud9:

And since he is NOT plain as a mud fence (Texas expression, Lucky? )... :cloud9: :cloud9: :cloud9:

It may well be...and agreed, one which does not, in this case, apply.

Velvet voice. An incredibly apt description, Lucky. I don't know quite what it is, but the combination of timbre, tone and pitch is incredible. Add the eyes and :cloud9:

:comfort: Tho isn't that just 2 or 3 weeks after we get it? They'll go fast, those weeks... cause we'll be chatting a lot... tho if you're wanting to avoid spoilers (which I NEVER do... :snicker: )... that'll be more work...

Grace, it's 3 weeks after the US release. Three :beep: weeks - with the previous release date, the UK release was only 1 week later. AND it's MAY - so it feels like even longer. :Mickangel:

I'm pretty sure this doesn't comfort you, but the Italian release date is May 21.
No way I can stay clear of spoilers for more than a month! :noway:

On a side note, the Italian title is a scandal. We have a long tradition of butchering the titles of American movies, in particular comedies, i.e. "Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind" became "If you leave me, I'll erase you".
So our bright distributors translated "The Back-up Plan" into something like "Nice to meet you, I'm a bit pregnant!" :puke: :banghead:
Would you go to movie with that title?

Seriously? :snicker: Wow! I guess I never thouoght about how a title would translate in a different language. It would be funny, if it wasn't so scary! :coffee:

I know, Sweetie... that will be a long cold wait... :sigh: If I had a clue how to illegally tape a show in a theater  -- you know, like those guys who sell "extra" and blurry dvd's of just-released movies in Times Square do-- I'd do it and FedEx the sucker to you. And truth be told, keep a copy for myself, but I digress...

Maybe maybe maybe maybe (sending up a prayer to the heavens here     -- ok sending up several prayers  ) there will be some print pics and articles appearing before then.... to tide us all over... and maybe some tv interviews that folkses more clever than I will put up on YT for you.

That's all I got, sweet Red... :comfort:
