Is anyone else getting a http error for the screencaps on Moonlight Love? I have tried for a couple of days to get them to come up. I can get on the website, but no access to the screencaps.

That has happened to me from time to time, too. I think they may have problems with their photo database (I think they use Coppermine). I sometimes get an error something like, "No nodes were available to fulfill your request." So far, it has come back (eventually) every time... but I live in terror that someday that wonderful resource will just disappear.

I have a lot of screencaps saved, but not all of them, by a long shot.

If anything happened to that...I think many of us would be devastated.

Yes, panic is the correct word. That site has the most comprehensive screencaps of any site I have used. I hope it comes back up soon!!!

Well I have had the same problem and it is still unaccessible to me. It must coming on and off ?? I am hoping and praying it comes back, and sooner rather than later...

I might have a suggestion though: as much as I love that site, sometime last summer in a moment of intense paranoia, I decided to play it safe and downloaded all the pictures they had at the time. I used a program called picaloader, which is shareware, but you could use it for free, for, I'm not sure how long but easily long enough for me to pull that stunt. There were a couple of tricks to it though, things to click or unclick in the settings. When the screencaps come back online I'll try to re-figure it out to let you know how I did it. There's about 8 Gig's worth. I actually put them on an external hard-drive (and a flash disk but that one accepts to work whenever it is in the mood!).

And IF the pull comes to the push and they don't come back online, by, I don't know when ??? Then maybe we should try and figure out a way of putting online the ones I have? I think I would need help with this though... I do have an old site I'm not sure what to do with, but from posting pics of my Moonlight trip in LA there, I know it is incredibly slow to upload... and I bet teh bandwidth is pretty bad too. And of course I have no idea how to do the whole screencaps thing.

Here is a livejournal where the owner posted some screencaps from various episodes. We need as many resources for Moonlight as possible, if you ask me.

Did a little google-fu on the error message from the link: No suitable nodes are available to serve your request.

There is a problem with the cluster of web servers that run the web site the link is pointing to. This is probably a temporary error, so try again later.

It's not a problem with ML-Love, it's the servers, so the images should still be in tact once they get it up and running again.

Well I too panicked when in the last couple of days I couldn't get at the screencaps. But I feel a little better after reading what Eris said the error message means temporary and will probably be back up. "Let's hope"
