they showed the first one in between the two NCIS shows tonight....so I would think they're targeting women with that ad?

I think they all appeal to women, primarily...
...but JLo does have a boatload of fans, including male fans (such as Mr. Grace, who wouldn't notice Alex unless he bit him...which is kinda slashy, no??
) and so I think the ones that center on Zoe are more for her millions of peeps. The Stan-centric ones are for the Alex fans (and CBS knows he has em) and ladies who just find Greek-god types appealing...
They MAY think that some of the Stan ads, where he's with his park buddy, appeal to guys, but I really cannot figure that out, quite.

Thanks for posting , Red!
And I'm really enjoying the clips with Stan's playground buddy. I'm so used to seeing him be all serious and super cool on L & O; didn't know he could be funny too.

I like the playground buddy as well. That's where I know him L&O. He is always serious there.

Thanks, Grace. It does make me giggle that when he's doing these announcement-type messages (as opposed to interviews) he seems to feel the need to shout - as though he's projecting to the back of the theatre.
Still cute though. Still cute.

I wonder if there will be a NY premiere considering J-Lo is "Jenny from the block" aka the Bronx.

I don't know if this has been posted here. It's a contest to win tickets to an early screening in Columbus, OH

And The Back-up Plan is a sponsored ad on Facebook - where you can become a fan of the movie on FB.

Me and Mr. PNW saw several BUP ads during March Madness. When the mister finally figured out that Stan was "that Moonlight guy you're so in love with", this is sort of how the conversation went:
"Is that the movie you've been talking about for months?"
"That would be the one."
"You didn't tell me Jennifer Lopez is in it."
"Yeah, I did...you just don't listen to me. Whenever I start a sentence with Alex's name, your eyes glaze over...kinda like they're doing now."
"Huh?"
"My point exactly. My mom said she'd go with me to see it."
"I'll go see it with you."
"After that, I think I can talk my co-work - wait, what did you say?"
"I'll go see it with you. I like Jennifer Lopez."
(which is true - I can't count the number of times he's made me sit through The Wedding Planner)
"You said you didn't want to sit in a movie theatre and watch me drool over 'that Moonlight guy'."
"That was before I knew Jennifer Lopez was in it."
At this point, I figured I'd cut my losses and just bask in the fact that he'd just agreed to go see the movie with me.

Mr PNW likes the Wedding Planner? Gee, even I find that too much of a chick flick to watch again.
Wow! Perhaps Jennifer and Alex is a magic formula.
