I loved their talk about the dog. Never work with dogs and kids they say.
When they let Alex talk it's usually deep what he says. Or unusually deep, regarding his profession.

While I'm sure the 'interview' Alex had with JLo sold him, I have to wonder about what, if any, contribution the assistant's reaction to his name made. The assistant had no ulterior motive in promoting Alex and her reaction was instantaneous and genuine....valuable data for JLo to assess.

The only thing I didn't like about the interviewer was that he tended to do a lot of the talking....
