francis~~it took me a while to post this, b/c I was laughing like a maniac!! Good Lord that is rusty--think we need to sterilize that thing for a good long time!

Just checked movie times here--there are 2 theatres nearby. One has BUP showing 5 times on Friday. The other: 11 times. Yep. You read that right. They are showing it on at 2 different screens. That's a good sign.

We have two local theatres that will be showing it...one of them on two screens.

And get this: there's actually a midnight showing Thursday! (Okay, 12:01 am Friday, to be technical...but still!)

Darn this having to get up for work stuff.

It looks like he had a lot of fun on the show, and she did a great interview with him. I wish he'd go on more shows like this: Ellen, Oprah, whatever... although, to be honest, I'm already starting to get a little wistful as I see "our" ownership of him being diluted by all the millions of new fans who are falling in love with his wonderfulness...

I have to agree. As much as I want Alex to be successful, I hate the thought that he won't be just "our" Alex anymore. LOL, it's been like having this great secret you want to share with the universe, but you also want to keep it to yourself for JUUUUUUUST a bit longer.

I hear you, my sweet girls :hearts: , but here is my take on that....

Yes, we have had him within our little tiny fangirl circle for a couple years now... but, aside from the one ML fall season, we've only had him in drips and drops. And with a lot of droughts in between those. We've treasured and analyzed and discussed and memorized every drip and created fanfics from the drops... but we've all wanted more.

Yes, now we'll have to share him. But in all likelihood, there will be more Alex to share. Hopefully much more. Even much much more. To me, it's almost as if every new fangirl and fanboy added to our number, simply increases the Alex we shall receive. More eyes on him, yes, but more to gaze upon in the first place.

I think it's actually possible we will come out ahead.
Besides, not sure Fleur nor I am gonna survive this large Alex wave we've surfed this week... notice the clever H50 reference...

I know, I'm the biggest Star Wars fan I know and I didn't go to the midnight showing of Episode One which I waited 16 years for. I did have a friend who was nine months pregnant her son was born a week later go to the midnight showing with her husband.

Well, you know...if it were JASON...I'd probably make the sacrifice of sleep. Use vacation hours the next morning. Something.

Here's a gag reel. Not perfect quality but the best I could do on this computer.

:hyper: I love it when he laughs and when he walks and when he stands and when he sits and when he breathes and when he sings and when he blinks and when his tongue sticks out of his mouth and when his eyebrow quirks up and when he gets those adorable creases in his face when he smiles :hyper:

That was a lot of fun. I cracked up especially when he said "not tonight". And when Alex cracked up at the drum wielding singing woman.

Oh, MLM, thank you soooo much! They showed the outtakes after the screener last night, but to have them right here to look at whenever we want, is FABULOUS. :hearts:

And yeah, I love it when Alex... just exists. I think that says it all... :hearts:

More aggravation with my local theater. You can't seem to get a human on the phone. They have a long recorded message but pressing zero does not help. I really hate theater shopping.
