The bald guy is a buyer of tv programs for some foreign country, and this was an event trying to sell new network shows to foreign markets.
So I guess Alex was there representing 5-0.
There's no commentary about whether or not he liked the show or will be buying the show for his tv station at home. The words were in Spanish, but it's just identifying the actor... whom we already know who he is.
