I don't know... that look is not in character for that episode, but there could be occasions in Mick's and Beth's future when he looks at her like that just before he...

I mean, you know, when he's not dying, and it's not all, "Not you! Not like this!" but rather, "Oh, yes, YOU, exactly like this..."
