I just squealed in delight when I realised some of these items (for example, Mick's RR jeans) are for sale in one of the brand outlet stores I write google advertisements for. What do you think - would you click this:

Sorry! But you pay Google ads per click, and if too many fangirls click expecting to buy Mick, I'd drive 'my' store bankrupt!HotMicks wrote: ... you HAD to go and spoil all the fun images that was conjuring?

Re: Moonlight Product Placement
Hey--I'd click that link in a heartbeat. Heck, I've already bought some Blue Tattoo jeans that don't quite fit...why not buy some RR and Diesel jeans that don't quite fit, just to round things out?
A girl can dream, can't she?
BTW... when I saw Red's joke about batteries, I got a flash of Mick in the interview, saying, "And I definitely can't turn into a bat. It'd be cool though, wouldn't it?"

Remember how Mick always wanted to be Steve McQueen? Now he can buy Steve McQueen's sunglasses from Persol (who made the gorgeous pair of shades Mick wore during the scene where he was trying to record Tina Haggans and her stepson-slash-lover).

Remember Beth's darling puffed-sleeve blouse and sweater vest in The Ringer? It's by Bebe. (It's actually one garment, not two.)

Thanks for pointing me over here, Alle. This was a fascinating thread to read through.
I agree that many vampires probably shop in vamp-friendly stores or on the internet. I can't really see a perpetually cool vampire shopping at a big-box store.
I bet that some of the entrepreneurial vampires open up stores for other vampires. An underground business specializing in vampire products (eg. freezers, blood vials, hidden fridges, etc.) could make a killing. Hmmm.

Re: Moonlight Product Placement
Jack Toland (Leni's dead boyfriend in Fever) has Wassily chairs in his house, which Mick and Beth broke into when they were trying to find out where Leni had gone.
Here's a cap from the Gallery, showing the chairs...
Wassily chairs are still available from Design Within Reach, at a whopping $2264.00 apiece! http://www.dwr.com/product/wassily-chair.do
Alfred Sole definitely did not skimp on the furnishings budget... wow!
