I think we like these pics because it is so clearly him and not a character.. and he looks really relaxed... and his eyes match his shirt, which is an incredibly neat trick... and he was having a great hair day... and the tats peek out everywhichway... and he just has this indulgent look on his face in almost all the pics (being all nice for fans) but there is some bemusement too (which seems to be sorta humble)... and he has a great leather jacket... and he showed up on a bike, so there's that element... and he clearly looks amazing with no bells and whistles like make up or careful costuming (meaning t shirt and jeans and no henley and still hotter than lava)... and btw that t shirt fits PERFECTLY... and he seems so tall... and there are so many photos from so many angles and he manages to look good in all of them... and some of them are him photo'd with regular people and while he seems jovial and sweet with them, he looks like another, superior species beside them... and he has that face to begin with.

But that's just me.

Everyone may have their very own explanation for why these pics are so appealing...

Actually, Fleur and I had been (sort-of) comparing notes about two particular men. (One American & one Australian.) It wasn't a comment on Aussie men in general.
