If it makes you feel any better, grace, Liddell may outweigh Alex by ~20 pounds, but my guess is Alex can move a lot faster.. I hate to admit it, but I'd love to hear an interview in which Alex talks about just how badly he did get beat up and how nervous (or not) he was going into that cage.

There had to be trepidation... That Liddell guy does not look all broke out in a sense of humor... :brow:

Haven't had a chance to watch that episode yet. Was there anything else noteworthy happening in that episode? Tell me via PM because of the spoilers...

When I finally got around to see that there's another guy besides Alex I realized Lydell has painted his toe nails. :rolling:

Back to watching Alex all sweaty, in shorts only, and dancing around with that intense concentration in his face. :thud: :melts: :happysigh: :thud:

One in particular I'm hoping we'll see is... and I know we all love Alex's chest and abs....but did ya get a load of his BACK muscles as he walked out to the ring?
