He sat in front of his keyboard like he did every year making up a ridiculous list of dreams.

I am going to eat better this year.

I am going to have better interpersonal relationships.

I am going to the Star Wars Celebration in Orlando and meet Lando Calrissian.

I will get a girlfriend.

Could any one of these things possibly come true?

He hesitated and then dialed the number of that freshie that had been feeding him the last few weeks.

“Maxine, would you like to see The One Man Star Wars Trilogy tomorrow night?”

“Logan, I’d love it.

So many resolutions, so many dreams for the isolated Logan. How sweet of Maxine to help him with some of them.

New Year's Resolutions are sometimes far-fetched and a bit ridiculous. I hope that at least one of Logan's resolutions is fulfilled (preferably the one about the girlfriend). Logan always seemed very lonely to me. I hope that something happens between Maxine and him.

Awww.... I hope Logan sticks with his resolutions. He can make his life better if he just pokes his head outside the basement once in a while. I have a feeling that Maxine can really help him expand his horizons. And hey--if he takes that first step, who knows how far he can go?!

jen - I think Maxine will become someone very special to Logan

DSR - Logan is taking his first step I think they'll enjoy the One Man Star Wars Show so much they'll have other dates. (There really is such a performance I saw it in NY two weeks ago.)

Marigold - I think something will happen between him and Maxine. Maxine is one of my OC's and I imagine a future for them.

Alle - Often you just have to take that first step.

Logan has a good list but he should maybe break it up into smaller chunks, so he can chew it. Inviting Maxine is a great first step.
