Yep, he wins that one. 
As the first pic shows, he also wins just the "wet" contest.
Plenty of pics rather prove he wins just the tee shirt contest.
He also wins the cute little jacket contest, the blue shirt contest, the green shirt contest, the black shirt contest, the plaid shirt contest, the dress shirt contest, the tie with top button undone contest, the designer suit contest, the polo shirt contest, the wife beater contest, the bullit proof vest contest, the thigh holster contest, the cargoes contest, the rear- view in jeans contest, the belt buckle contest, the overcoat contest... Ok I'm getting tired and feel like I'm hearing Chipmunks singing the list now...

I'm on my phone, so I can't post pics, but that wonderful one Pgal posted recently is a perfect illustration of both the belt buckle and the tank shirt (I don't like to think of Alex beating anybody's wife).
