Re: Veronica Mars - The Movie
DSR, I swear if I could reach through the computer and give you a big 'ol sloppy wet kiss, I would! But this'll have to do:
I took the Amazon Prime trial at Christmas because I had to ship a really heavy gift that would have cost a fortune in shipping charges (it was a furniture item).
1) Not only did you remind me that I have to cancel it this month (I rarely buy from Amazon; mostly shop locally)... and
2) Before I cancel I'm now watching all the Veronica Mars episodes.
So a BIG
for your heads-up upthread.
So far, I LOVE IT!!! So cool to see Jason in something else (ie, longer than a guest spot).
I'm only up to the 8th episode of the first season, but I'm ripping through them 'coz I've only got until next week to cancel. I know what I'll be doing this weekend.

Re: Veronica Mars - The Movie
Isn't it interesting how his character develops? And although he never ceases to say (and do) stupid and jerky things, we have so much sympathy for him as we come to know him better.
He's all the more lovable for being so flawed--and although he doesn't always express it well, once he truly falls for Veronica, I think he loves her more deeply than she ever realizes.
I could go on...

There is a special deal for people with the Citibank credit cards (they are a sponsor), where you can get tickets early. A very generous pal got a ticket for me with her credit card.

Good for you, Alle!
Last night I showed my eldest daughter some of the stuff on this thread, bc she asked me "have you heard much about the VM movie?" Uh, yeah honey, I have just the place for you!
She has viewed the trailer a few times and showed it to me and I showed her the cute kick starter video they did---she got a kick out of it. She's a huge VM fan.
So, thanks all!

Have you heard much....
"Why, no, dear. What's the deal with that?"

Re: Veronica Mars - The Movie
I know!!
She knows quite a bit about VM. I haven't watched all the seasons, but she has. A few times. She's unbelievably excited about the movie coming out.
Something I'm sure you don't understand.

I think he falls even more deeply than he realizes too. I'm looking forward to finding out what exactly happened between the last cliffhanger episode and the time in the movie.librarian_7 wrote:... once he truly falls for Veronica, I think he loves her more deeply than she ever realizes.
