Thanks for reaching out, and sorry about these streaming troubles.
Our tech team tracked down the bug that was causing Episode 10 of Moonlight to not show up or play properly, and it should now be fixed. If you're viewing on your desktop, please clear the cache on your browser and access the episode again. If you're using the CW Seed app, then it should be showing up and playing correctly. If not, then please delete and reinstall the app.
