Jill was obviously not a cast member, but I was not sure where to post this...

Recently, I was friended by Jill on Facebook. Most of you will remember Jill fondly, as she wrote a few of our favorite Moonlight espisodes. My personal favorite of hers is "Fever".

Well, in messaging with her, she told me that she just finished up writing for the soon to air "Harper's Island", a mystery event on CBS from April 9 - July 2. Her words " It's dark, creepy and romantic. There just aren't any vampires. Sigh."

She's such a sweetie! And I bet we will all love "Harper's Island", cuz you know its going to have some fun romance, even if it is a bit dark. I can't wait! So, if you're looking to give a little support to Jill, check out "Harper's Island"!

I am so happy for her. She is such a great lady, and writer. It is wonderful that each of the old crew is slowly finding new places to call home.

My "Fever" lady! Yay!!! Jill, love her sooooo much. I've been keeping up with all of the info. on this series. I can hardly wait for it to air. It's promising to be mysterious and dark. I love both. I just know some romance will probably, hopefully be written into the show. She's great at that.

This whole concept sounds really cool! It's also got "Bobby Singer" from Supernatural in it, and I'm definitely gonna watch.

I was going to check it out, but now I've got an even better reason to...Jill was my favorite Moonlight writer. I'm glad she's got this opportunity.

That what I told Jill. The ads were intriquing and I had thoughts of checking it out. But as soon as she told me she was one of the writers, well I immediately responded and told her that I would definitely check out the show now! I want to show her support and if the numbers are good, who knows...the skies the limit! I should also mention that she said she had a wonderful time in L.A. at the Moonlight Convention and that everyone was so friendly and warm. She said Moonlight fans were the best!

Fever...if Harper's Island is written...even half as good as Fever, she will have a HIT!!! Good luck to her. She was so sweet at the Con (I watched the youtubes) and she wrote Fever. I love her!

The ratings for last week were not stellar, to be sure. I'll keep watching as I too love whodunits!

I hope the storyline gets a little bit tighter. Right now, there's way too much going on and its hard to keep track of who's who. But since each week one or more will be killed off, its definitely going to be easier to follow the storyline and, eventually, figure out the killer. The process of elimination will make sleuthing out the killer a heck of a lot easier than trying to pick up on the clues.

I agree....way too much going on in the first installment with a large cast.

I figure I'll give it another go tonight....maybe Jill will have written this installment (hopefully).

I am going to watch the show again tonight although I do agree the cast is too large at this point. I am rooting for Jill however and will give the show a fair try. For those who have pages on Face Book please let Jill know we are wishing the best for her. Thanks.
